Lady Gaga Poker Face Video “How To” Make-Up Tutorial Part 2, Eyes and Lips

Poker Face

In Part 1 of this series, I showed you how to apply Cream Foundation, Loose Powder, Cheek Color, and part of the Eye Color in order to recreate Lady Gaga’s look from the Poker Face video. Now, I’m going to show you how to finish this look by completing the eyes and lips.

In preparation for this look, I’ve already chosen the following colors and placed them into an 8-Hole Eye and Cheek Color PaletteApricot Eye Color, Tinsel Eye Color, Graphite Eye Color, Ice Eye Color, Onyx Eye Color, Espresso Eye Color, Rose Beige Cheek Color, and Cool Mauve Cheek Color.

Get This Look:

Eyes: Apply Onyx Eye Color to the bottom lash line with the #210 Angle Brush, starting at the outer corner and working in towards the tear duct. Add a layer of Graphite Eye Color with the #810 Smudger Brush to diffuse the stark line created with the Onyx. Add a small amount of Ice Eye Color to the inner corner to brighten the eye and blend. Apply a full set of lashes using Duo Eyelash Adhesive, waiting for the glue to have a tacky consistency before application. Because Lady Gaga is very theatrical with her look, add another set of lashes for extra drama. Apply Black Cake Eyeliner to the upper lash line with a dampened #100 Round Liner Brush. To complete the lashes, add a coat of Volumizing Mascara applied with a #500 Mascara Brush. Next, fill in and shape the brows using a mixture of Apricot and Espresso Eye Color applied with the #210 Angle Liner Brush. Finally, apply Ice Eye Color as a highlight with the #330 Shadow Fluff Brush.

Lips: Apply Pink Twinkle Sheer Lipstick using a #310 Lip Brush, adding a layer of Shine Lip Gloss to complete the look.
